Car Dealership Panel Repairs – Droitwich Spa
Client Brief
Our client, a car dealership in Droitwich Spa, recruited our services to prepare for their yearly audit. To get the dealership in tip-top condition, we were tasked with repairing the damaged panels at the front of the property. The external aesthetics of a dealership are just as important at drawing customers in as the cars inside, so we had to use all of our automotive experience to provide repairs of the highest-quality.

What We Did
To begin this project, our company director, Craig, visited the dealership to conduct an initial survey. It was clear that the weathered panels needed some repairs and a fresh layer of paint, but we’d need to move the cars off-site before work could begin to prevent any damage.
Our client helped us move any vulnerable cars out of the way and protected the vehicles that couldn’t be moved with car bags. Once the site was clear, our team began with the cladding repairs and used filler to level out the panels.
When our operatives had ensured each panel was uniform in its dimensions, we could begin the cladding spraying process. After applying an initial primer layer, the paint was tinted on site to match the existing colour, and the panels were coated using our HVLP system.
As evidenced in the images below, the panels have been restored to their original condition, ready for the dealership’s audit. Upon completion of the project, we issued our client a warranty and a report of the work completed. They were delighted with our service, and our high-quality craftsmanship has opened the door to more work with car dealerships in the future.
